We ensure professional quality service for our diverse products. Warranty repairs go to authorized vendors, while non-warranty work is handled by approved providers. Turnaround time typically averages 4-8 weeks, depending on parts availability, and cannot be guaranteed.

What about repairs done while product is under manufacturer warranty?

We send all warranty repairs to authorized vendors. A bill of sale is required for these repairs. Most warranties are valid only for goods purchased in our country. For more details, refer to the warranty information with your equipment or the manufacturer's website.

Common issues not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or our Extended Life Plan include:

• Shutter use beyond manufacturer's estimated shutter count estimation
• Lens calibration
• Sensor/Lens Cleaning

External damage voids the manufacturer warranty and our Extended Life Plan. We will not send damaged units for warranty repair.

Note: cleaning is not covered by manufacturer warranty.
