We send all warranty repairs to authorized vendors. A bill of sale is required for these repairs. Most warranties are valid only for goods purchased in our country. For more details, refer to the warranty information with your equipment or the manufacturer's website.
Common issues not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or our Extended Life Plan include:
External damage voids the manufacturer warranty and our Extended Life Plan. We will not send damaged units for warranty repair.
